Refund and Returns Policy

At Lunamavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free refund and returns policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date if they meet the following criteria:

  • The product is in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You have received the wrong item or size.

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or washed (unless defective).

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@lunamavel.com or call 567-243-3218 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Get Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the return will be subject to a shipping fee deduction from your refund if the return brings your total below the free shipping threshold.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the original item, and your new order will be shipped out promptly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@lunamavel.com or 567-243-3218. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for the return shipping, and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

7. International Returns

For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to additional import duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
