- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (within the U.S.), excluding taxes and discounts.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times for international orders may vary based on your location. The estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

- Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

2. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our team to prepare and ship it. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to ship your order promptly.
Order Confirmation: After you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and it is in the process of being prepared for shipment.
Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
3. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Domestic Orders: Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited and priority shipping can take as little as 1-3 business days.
International Orders: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Most international orders arrive within 7-21 business days. Please be aware that Lunamavel is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
5. Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Lunamavel is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@lunamavel.com or 567-243-3218. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order is shipped.
6. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address when possible.
International Restrictions: Some countries may have shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: Once your order has been shipped, Lunamavel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost during transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@lunamavel.com with a description of the damage and photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Delays
Carrier Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) may occasionally experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or high-demand periods. These delays are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery times during these periods.
Holidays and Peak Seasons: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), please allow additional time for shipping. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays are more common during these periods, and we appreciate your understanding.
9. International Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may be assessed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- Customs Clearance: Lunamavel has no control over customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by your country. Any customs fees or duties incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50 within the United States. This offer excludes taxes, discounts, and shipping costs for international orders. The free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout when the order total exceeds $50.
